Request for SAM Consulting

In order to begin working with one of our consultants, one should complete the Request for SAM Consulting form and either email it to samhelp@pitt.edu, fax it to 412-648-1939, or deliever a hard copy to 205 Bellefield Hall.  The request form is only 2 pages long, and includes questions about impact, source codes, funding, timing, research abstract, and the help the group is seeking.
